Consumers must meet the following criteria:
Who is eligible to attend Unique Abilities Adult Day Program (UA)?
- Is 18 years or Older and a consumer of a regional center
- Ambulatory
- Has or can obtain a current TB test and Physical
What is the staff to client ration?
Staff to client ratio is 1:4
How do I enroll?
If you receive services through Alta California Regional Center, and want to participate in our program, you speak to your Service Coordinator and he or she can help you set up a tour. And if you decide to attend the program, your service coordinator will authorize UA to provide services to you.
